Banana ice cream can be made at home easily with this easy to make recipe..Healthy and finger licking ice cream made out of bananas...
Ingredients:
Ripe bananas:4
Full cream milk:250 ml
Condensed milk:5 tbsp
Sugar:4 tbsp
Preparation:
Peel the bananas...
Cut them up in to small pieces..
Mash them well and blend in a mixer or a blender till you get a smooth banana puree..
Keep this aside...
Now boil the milk and let it reduce to a little more than half...
Now add in the condensed milk and boil for a while...
Stir in the sugar and boil a little more...
Finally add the banana puree and stir well..
Make sure there are no lumps...
Let this cool down to room temperature...
Then pour this in to a blender or a mixer and blend well...
You will get a smooth and creamy mixture...
Pour this in to a container and freeze for about 5 hours...
Then to break the crystals formed,remove from the freezer and blend in a mixer again for a few minutes...
Pour it again back in to the container and freeze...
Repeat this procedure of blending once again after 3 hours and freeze again for 6 hours...
Serve the banana icecream with chopped nuts or chocolate sauce!!
